FIRST FLOOR
IS COMPLETE!
We're thrilled to announce a significant achievement on Grace Bay Beach: our construction team has successfully completed the final concrete pour for the first floor, marking 100% completion of this crucial milestone. We invite all owners and investors to join us for a special site visit, where we've arranged a special viewing platform right on the first floor. Here, you can witness the breathtaking oceanview firsthand. This level will soon hold your exclusive Andaz Turks & Caicos spa and lounge. We can’t wait to share the sea-breeze with you!
TIP FROM THE TEAM:
Don't forget to wear your close-toed boots for safety as you explore the site! This is a mandatory safety-step to access the viewing platform.
It all comes back to the coral reef.
Alizee Zimmermann
Executive Director, TC Reef Fund
It is our honor to announce an ongoing partnership between Andaz Turks & Caicos and the Turks and Caicos Reef Fund. We are extremely grateful for the work of Alizee Zimmermann, Executive Director of the TCRF, in sharing insight on creating the path towards a healthier reef system for the beaches we call home.
On Friday, February 23rd, 2024, Andaz Turks & Caicos hosted a Photography Exhibition and Silent Auction — Rise: Morning Life in Turks and Caicos — in benefit of the TC Reef Fund. It was a night filled with artistic brilliance and community spirit, complemented by a special performance from local poet Hollene of Troi.
We extend a heartfelt thank you to all the talented local photographers — Reggie Beckford, JulieAn Musgrove, Romello Williams, LeMens Welch, Satchi Goldsmith-Bowen, and RJ Beckford — for their exceptional contributions. Their remarkable works, showcased and auctioned off during the event, truly captured the essence of morning life in our beautiful islands.
We also wish to thank the community for their overwhelming presence at the auction. Your support not only enriched the evening's cultural atmosphere but also contributed to a meaningful cause.
Hello Everyone,
It’s school break season and we’re looking forward to a very busy March. In top news, we've hit a major project milestone in the last week: the ground floor slab concrete pour is now 100% complete. With our winter sales continuing to soar, we are now seeing a price update slated for April 1st, 2024. Lastly, our community event photography exhibition saw a wonderful turnout. Your involvement is truly appreciated!
Best regards,
Jon Siegel & Matt McDonald
Don’t worry… We’ll watch the kids!
Our Kid’s Club can’t be beat. From “under the sea” murals to ceiling-hung schools of fish, we will immerse your little ones right into our local marine life through an educational environment.
It is our goal to inspire your children's sense of playful wonder — by enriching their day with outdoor activities such as snorkeling, paddleboarding and more.
Owner’s at Andaz Turks & Caicos will enjoy the added luxury of time to themselves, when their kids spend a fun & safe day with us!
PRICE UPDATE ON THE HORIZON
STUDIOS ARE SOLD OUT!
In February, the Andaz Turks & Caicos sold the last of its remaining studio units. This milestone provides the backdrop for an upcoming price increase slated for April 1st, 2024.
"There are still some incredible 1, 2 and 3-bedroom ocean-front residences available in this Hyatt Andaz property right on Grace Bay Beach. Interested buyers who connect with us before this next price increase can not only take advantage of our current pricing but they also become part of the @hyatt family and own their very own piece of paradise" says Director of Sales, Ulf Bengtsson.
Contact Ulf before April 1st for exclusive pre-update pricing.
Don't miss the chance to make paradise yours!
