Here we will keep you, our community apprised of key milestones, news & update, and general information on this two-year journey to build the Caribbean’s first ever Andaz Resort.
On the heels of our Groundbreaking event in October, we are thrilled to be heading into this festive season with strong momentum in both construction and residential sales, which are both highlighted below. Finally we want to thank you all for your support and encouragement as we move the Andaz from concept to reality!

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
The site is a buzz and November saw us complete two significant concrete pours - including the largest pour in Turks and Caicos history.
Other key events include:

Overall building footprint excavation to basement.

Condo tower elevator pit and foundation construction.

Hotel tower column bases, stair foundations reinforcement set into position.

Formwork being erected to cast the basement floor Installation of plumbing pipework and steel reinforcement — including elevator pits within the hotel tower.
