7th Floor Concrete Pour
Our dedicated on-site team has been diligently preparing for the concrete slab pour of the 7th floor—the final floor of our structure—which began on July 2nd, 2024. Andaz Turks & Caicos’ structure is now 86% complete, signaling the last phase before rooftop construction begins. We anticipate completing the structure and topping out in August.

Renel Saint-Vil
Project Superintendent at Vista Developments Ltd.
In this pivotal role, Renel orchestrates the seamless execution of daily operations at the project site. From coordinating the team to monitoring progress, Renel's dedication ensures that the project maintains its reputation for exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
Renel's journey in construction began at the young age of 18, when he independently gravitated toward the industry. His natural affinity for operating equipment soon evolved into a profound passion, fueling the high-level work he delivers today.
As a Turks & Caicos Islander, he has spent his entire life watching this beautiful paradise evolve. Through his deep-rooted connection with the local community, Renel serves as a vital liaison, fostering a harmonious and effective working environment.
Growing up on the beach, Renel cherishes the fact that sunshine and stunning landscapes were always just a stone's throw away. He guarantees that “every day feels like a perfect day in Turks & Caicos.”
We look forward to standing beside Renel to celebrate the completion of the project, and showcase the extreme dedication of the entire team!
