Record Sales Push Project Past $100M
Final Sunrise Studio & 3-Bed Residence
With five residences sold in the past month, sales have surpassed the $100 million mark. This milestone underscores the exceptional demand to own at Hyatt’s first Andaz branded property in the Caribbean.
Following this momentum, ownership opportunities are becoming increasingly scarce. As summer comes to a close, construction on Grace Bay Beach continues at a steady pace. Interior and exterior spaces are taking shape with the pool deck’s rough cast layer now complete, while landscaping efforts move forward with tree planting and irrigation scheduled to begin this month.

7th Floor: Final painting is underway.

Guest Rooms: Decoration, ceilings, drywall, and plastering are more than 90% complete, with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems also nearing 90%.

Millwork: Kitchen installation for the 6th and 7th floors is set to begin by the end of September.

Kids Club: Underwater mural is 50% complete.

Ground Floor: Arrival lobby’s stone wall is finished.

National Geographic Explores the Wild Side of Turks & Caicos
Turks & Caicos has been featured in National Geographic in the article “From caves to coral reefs, this is how you can discover the wild side of Turks & Caicos.” The story shines a light on the fragile ecosystems that make the islands extraordinary — from parrotfish-sanded beaches and hidden cave systems to the kaleidoscopic reefs that surround our shores.
At the center of this feature is Alizée Zimmermann, Executive Director of the Turks & Caicos Reef Fund, whose leadership is vital in safeguarding the reefs for future generations. As she explains: “We started seeing massive tissue loss, as if someone had poured acid over the reef. No coral can come back from that.”
We’re proud to see Turks & Caicos and the TCRF’s work recognized on such a global stage — a reminder of both the beauty and responsibility that comes with life on Grace Bay.
