Visionary New Leadership
We’re proud to officially welcome Stephen Meredith to the islands as the newly appointed General Manager of Andaz Turks & Caicos. With over 20 years of experience leading luxury hotels across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, Stephen brings a global perspective and a passion for transformative hospitality.
“This property holds incredible potential in the Caribbean. I look forward to working closely with our team and community to create a destination that resonates deeply with all who visit.” says Meredith.
Joining him is Adelphine Pitter as Director of Operations. A proud Turks & Caicos native, Adelphine has shaped the local hospitality scene for over two decades, with leadership roles at Grace Bay Club and West Bay Club. Her deep local knowledge will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless opening.
Together, Stephen and Adelphine will guide the property toward its highly anticipated debut in early 2026.
The Energy is Building
With summer on the horizon, the energy around Andaz Turks & Caicos is undeniably building. This May, we’re celebrating meaningful progress across the board—from the latest news on construction to the final opportunity to own in The Reef Collection, and a powerful Earth Day initiative that brought our community together to help protect the Bight Reef.
We’re also shining a light on what matters most—honoring mothers, and spotlighting the leadership duo guiding us toward our Grand Opening.

Bight Reef Buoy Line Successfully Replaced!
It takes a community to protect a reef.
In celebration of Earth Month, our local island community came together to replace the aging buoy line around the Bight Reef, just out front of Andaz Turks & Caicos.
After nearly a decade since first being installed, the reef’s protective barrier needed a full upgrade. With months of preparation and more than 15 volunteers, all 24 buoys were safely removed and replaced—helping safeguard this coral recovery zone for years to come.
The initiative was proudly sponsored by Andaz Turks & Caicos, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Opening in early 2026, Andaz Turks & Caicos will offer the kind of beachfront escape every mom deserves: space to unwind, reconnect, and simply breathe. While she relaxes at the spa or takes in the serene oceanviews, little ones will enjoy their own island adventures from the Crablets Kids Club—coming soon to Grace Bay Beach!
From shell walks to hands-on crafts and ocean-inspired play, Crablets will be a joyful experience for kids—and a well-earned break for parents.
Here, family time is sacred, and every detail is designed with care.
