July brings another wave of momentum at the Andaz Turks & Caicos construction site.
With several major milestones nearing completion, our timeline remains on track. On the real estate front, interest in our limited collections continues to grow.
We’re also introducing a Caribbean artist whose work will help shape the visual spirit of the resort—and sharing thoughtful ways to respect the island’s fragile environment ahead of this year’s CHE Festival.

With only a few months until our phased handover to the Hyatt team, construction at Andaz Turks & Caicos is moving steadily toward completion.
Drywall installation is now 95% complete across all floors, and guestroom ceiling grids are nearing finalization. Window and door installation is also 95% complete—with the final delayed container of windows expected to arrive later this month.
On the ground, exterior work is picking up pace: the beach bar is under construction, pool deck shaping has begun, and scaffolding is now coming down around the hotel tower. The Kids Club is complete and ready for artistic finishing touches, while spa and fitness areas move into their final layout stage.
Essential systems—from refrigeration lines to electrical and internet infrastructure—are advancing in tandem with finishes. We look forward to sharing the completed spaces with you in early 2026!

That’s why we’re proud to feature the vibrant work of Trinidadian artist Brianna McCarthy throughout guest rooms across the resort. Known for her evocative mixed-media portraits, McCarthy explores themes of identity, femininity, and the Caribbean diaspora through layered textures and soulful color. Her work invites reflection and encourages guests to experience the Turks and Caicos Islands through a more nuanced and powerful lens.
Rooted in the richness of her Caribbean heritage, McCarthy’s pieces are far more than décor—they are expressions of cultural integrity, emotional depth, and creative boldness, offering each guest a moment of visual intimacy that is uniquely memorable.

As the Caribbean House Evolution Festival returns to Providenciales, we’re reminded of the importance of protecting the fragile marine ecosystems that make these islands so extraordinary.
Together with the Turks & Caicos Reef Fund, we encourage all locals and festivalgoers to enjoy responsibly. A few friendly reminders:
• Bring a reusable cup & water bottle
• Opt for bio-degradable decor/glitter
• Only apply reef-safe non nano-zinc sunscreen
• Leave with all waste that you brought in
• Do not feed or touch the local wildlife
• Keep each other accountable!
