New floor every 45 days!
Andaz Turks & Caicos Residences at Grace Bay, the highly anticipated resort and residential property, is making remarkable progress in its construction ahead of its early 2026 opening. Since taking the structure fully vertical, the construction team's pace remains steady, with a new floor completed every 45 days. This trajectory sets the stage for roof completion by September 2024.
A significant milestone approaches in June 2024 with the unveiling of the first model hotel rooms, enriching the Andaz Turks & Caicos' pre-opening experience for both owners and potential buyers. Come early 2026, Hyatt will warmly welcome esteemed owners and guests, marking the debut of the first ever Andaz hotel in the Caribbean.

Team Profile: Meet Andrew Morrison
Commercial Manager at Vista Developments Ltd.
Responsible for calculating the project’s budgets — Andrew prepares tender documentation, drafts all contract agreements & manages all costs from start to finish.
Following in his father & uncle’s footsteps, a Civil Engineer and Architect, it was a natural step for Andrew to pursue a career in construction. Andrew's experience includes numerous 5-star hospitality projects throughout the Caribbean. Being a member of the Chartered Institute of Building, Andrew brings expertise at the highest level to Andaz Turks & Caicos.
Andrew looks forward to building his family's very own dream home one day — with the final design being modern, quirky and relaxing.
