This October marks one year since our Groundbreaking Ceremony on October 11th, 2023, and we’re excited to celebrate the tremendous progress we’ve made. From the full completion of our structural framework and roof to the beginning stages of our interior transformation, Andaz Turks & Caicos is beautifully taking shape and remains on track for a successful opening in early 2026.
In this edition, we’ll highlight one of our most coveted residences—an exquisite 3-bedroom corner unit—and offer a behind-the-scenes look at our latest construction updates. We’ll also reflect on our recent community initiatives, including a vibrant new mural project, while reaffirming our ongoing commitment to sustainability.

Over September, we made strides in electrical, plumbing, and interior plastering. Our next major milestone—window glazing—is set for January 2025. Meanwhile, external rendering is well underway, and the pools are being cast, marking another exciting step forward.

Our Commitment to Community & Sustainability
In September, we proudly joined the Department of Environment & Coastal Resources and the island community in celebrating International Coastal Clean-up Day, capping off an eventful summer!
As part of the day’s event, attendees had the privilege of witnessing the unveiling of a stunning new mural by Hernan Jurado Quintero of Visions4Nature, now permanently displayed at The Bight Park. Hernan’s artwork beautifully captures the vibrant marine life of Princess Alexandra National Park, symbolizing our collective dedication to preserving the natural beauty of our environment.
Additionally, Hernan presented a unique collaborative piece created by the students of our Eco-Explorers Journalism Youth Camp, crafted from the beach debris collected during the clean-up—an inspiring reminder of the power of community action.
As Matt McDonald, our Managing Director, remarked during his speech at the event, “We want to do more than our part because the reef is our neighbor. It’s a living, breathing entity that we’re proud to be a part of.”
