As a key manager on-site at Andaz Turks & Caicos, Dennis is constantly ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and design standards. His role includes reviewing drawings, providing insights for improvements, and maintaining rigorous quality assurance through team coordination and consultant liaison. Dennis also oversees the layout of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and leads planning sessions to achieve project milestones with the team.
 

Having transitioned from teaching Math and AutoCAD to a career in construction, Dennis pursued his passion for creative architecture that enhances society and life. With a BSc in Construction Management and Associate Degree in Architecture, he specializes in luxury hotel developments.

As a former project manager at ZDA Construction, Dennis oversaw numerous projects collectively valued at over $250M, demonstrating his leadership in constructing showrooms and hotels. His success in Jamaica led Dennis to expand his expertise across the Caribbean, now focusing on the Turks & Caicos Islands.
 

Outside of work, Dennis treasures memories of exploring North Caicos with his wife and watching kite surfers at Long Bay Beach. His ideal day on the islands includes sightseeing, dining at Rickie’s Flamingo Cafe, and enjoying a sunset on the beach. Looking ahead, Dennis aims to pursue major global construction projects in cities like Dubai and China while working towards completing his Master's in Architecture and gaining the work experience needed to become a Registered Architect.
