OPENING

OCTOBER 2026

Andaz Turks & Caicos is a retreat shaped by contrast: global perspective and island rhythm, modern design and untouched nature, intention and serendipity. It’s a celebration of stillness over spectacle. Arrival begins at the water’s edge, with panoramic views from our open-air lobby.

Materials are honest and spaces, elemental. Handcrafted details and Caribbean flavors feel rooted in local culture. Designed for connection and clarity, 132 rooms open to terraces that blur indoors and out, inviting light, air, and calm.

RENEWED AVAILABILITY:

2-BED PENTHOUSE

Penthouse A715 is an exclusive opportunity to secure a residence within Andaz Turks & Caicos’ Penthouse Collection.

This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath penthouse offers 3,057 total sq. ft., including 1,428 sq. ft. of interior living space and an expansive 1,628 sq. ft. rooftop terrace with direct sunset exposure.

Positioned on the 7th floor, A715 is one of the only 2-bedroom penthouses available on Grace Bay. With panoramic ocean views, a generous outdoor layout, and access to owner benefits in World of Hyatt's global portfolio, it stands out as an exceptionally rare offering.

WELLBEING

ON GRACE BAY

At Andaz Turks & Caicos, the wellness experience extends into a thoughtfully designed contrast therapy circuit.

Alternating between the cedar sauna and cold plunge pools, guests follow a natural rhythm of heat and cool. In this contrast, the senses awaken, the body recovers, and a sense of full-body relaxation follows.

Drawing inspiration from nearby reefs, the spa offers results-driven treatments, advanced skincare, and coastal-inspired rituals.

From sunrise yoga to stargazing, daily wellness rituals encourage restoration, balance, and a deeper connection to place.

HONORING

THE BIGHT REEF

This Earth Month, we’re reflecting on the natural systems that make this place so extraordinary, and our responsibility to protect them.

For decades, the Bight Reef has served as an underwater classroom, offering a rare opportunity to explore and learn within a thriving marine ecosystem. Located right out front of Andaz Turks & Caicos, it remains one of the island’s most accessible and meaningful natural experiences.

Through our ongoing partnership with the Turks and Caicos Reef Fund, we were proud to sponsor the replacement of the swim circle protecting the Bight Reef during Earth Month last year. As a designated Champion Reef Keeper, we make annual contributions to support initiatives that help preserve its health.

This ecosystem protects our shores, supports marine life, and defines the experience of Grace Bay.
