Eight Months to Completion!
Momentum is building at Andaz Turks & Caicos as interior finishes, resort amenities, and outdoor spaces all move into their next phases of transformation!
Here’s a look at what’s currently underway:
Interior Finishes: Drywall is closing up, ceiling frameworks are nearing completion, and electrical wiring is being pulled throughout both towers. Tiling, fine plastering, and balcony groove detailing are advancing across upper levels.
Resort Amenity Spaces: The Kids Club is fully built and being painted, with a custom mural scheduled to begin in May. The resort kitchen is framed and insulated, with stone wall installation ready to move forward once the sample is approved.
Pools & Exterior Areas: Pool construction continues with benches, jets, and lighting systems now in place. Roof work is progressing with insulation and screed, and the west façade is largely complete.
We remain on track for full construction completion in December 2025. Once construction wraps, Hyatt will begin the setup phase—bringing in teams, finalizing interiors, and preparing to welcome future guests. The official opening date in early 2026 will be confirmed closer to that time.

In celebration of Earth Day this month, we’re proud to spotlight our partnership with the Turks and Caicos Reef Fund (TCRF) and our designation as a Champion Reef Keeper—the highest tier within TCRF’s Reef Keeper Conservation Partnership Program.
As a Champion Reef Keeper, we’ve committed to an annual donation of $25,000 USD to directly support coral conservation, marine education, and ongoing environmental protection across the Turks and Caicos Islands. This partnership reflects our belief that meaningful luxury must also be mindful of place.
Together with TCRF, we’re committed to safeguarding the natural beauty of Turks and Caicos and supporting the health of its marine ecosystems for generations to come.
